I’ve been based in Punta Cana since 2010. What started as a winter vacation turned into a permanent move, and eventually, a career built entirely around this market.
Today, I work exclusively on property sales in Vista Cana, Downtown Punta Cana, and Cap Cana, helping North American, European, and Latin American buyers purchase vacation homes and investment properties, guiding you through every step, whether you’re visiting in person or starting the process from home.
My background is in hospitality and photography. I spent years working in 5-star resorts and running photography operations across the Caribbean, including the Turks and Caicos Islands. That work taught me how the Caribbean region operates, the people, the culture, the business side of tourism and property.
The transition into real estate was natural. By 2017 I was managing top luxury short-term rental properties in Punta Cana, learning the market from the inside. Understanding what makes a property perform, not just look good, before I ever sold one.
Since then I’ve closed over 50 transactions across Punta Cana, Cap Cana, and Vista Cana, working primarily with North American families, investors, and Latin American buyers looking to own in one of the Caribbean’s strongest markets.
Some of my clients don’t stop at one property. We build investment portfolios together, multiple properties across different locations and communities, structured for both short-term rental income and long-term appreciation.
